Erica has a degree in Real Estate, Development and Construction from Virginia Tech.

She spent 10 years in commercial construction managing as much as $60M construction projects, as well as helping start their restoration division and growing their Charleston concrete division before dedicating full time to real estate in 2015.

She started her own construction sales, marketing and real estate investment company while holding her own personal investment portfolio.
